Great place been going for years ! Don't know what the last person was talking about ?!??! Brill salon love all the team I get great advice and great entertainment ! I have always loved the care and attention that gets given to me at 3D they can't please everyone and it's not everyone's cup of tea they give honest advice which I love my hair looked terrible now it's stylish and is so easy to maintain!

tried to call them all week to book an appointment and no one even bothered to pick up the phone or call back. Sent an email - no one bothered to email back. Finally after god knows how many calls, some one picked up and was incredibly rude treating me like an idiot for even calling them. I just said I have changed my mind and found another place - customer service doesn't seem to exist there...
