I met Suzanne at work and, after explaining my problem with obtaining advice from salons, she told me she would have a consultation with me.
I went today, Suzanne was extremely thorough, and accommodating. She was patient, accepting I did not want to do too much too soon.
I am over the moon with the result, and am booked in for a colour!
