Horrible experience - my hair now resembles a butch prison inmate in a seventies soap opera. No apology, no refund and no acknowledgement that it will take years for this horror of a hair cut to grow out.
I went in knowing exactly what I wanted my hair to look like, and the stylist told me that it wouldn't look right, and that she was going to do what SHE wanted.
I should have run a mile at that point.
I wish I had.
Appalling, horrible and totally humiliating experience, for which you have to pay.
Avoid this place.
