Terrible service! We booked an Appointment for my husband drove all the way there from Southampton and she didn't even bother to turn up. We waited over two hours and tried to call but she never turned up to even open the shop. Didn't even bother to call to let us know what was going on. If you want to be treated with 100% disrespect then pay a visit!
