I don’t usually write reviews on businesses, but feel compelled to in this case.
Richas is supposedly a council licensed service, with all therapists qualified and trained (according to the website).
This is totally untrue, at least one of the “therapists “ is a former “escort “ with no formal training or qualifications at all.
No risk assessment is carried out, and no notes are taken as is required by the code of practice of a licensed business.
The treatment itself was clumsy and awkward, and when I inquired about qualifications when my suspicions where aroused, the women became sullen and wouldn’t communicate, making the atmosphere very uncomfortable.
This place is trading under false pretences and misleading the public, who trust
That a “licensed “ business would be a guarantee of integrity....it isn’t, and the public should be informed.
