Very disappointing I was under the impression I was paying for an (overly) expensive service. Prices have crept up over my last 4 visits, such as non compulsory extras which aren't quoted in the total price, overcharging for "master colourists". Results looked tacky, dated and I had to seek immediate correction elsewhere. When asking for a refund was told id "kissed goodbye" to my money when I went to another salon despite sending through photos. Barry was rude, arrogant and refused a well deserved refund.
