What a lovely place - NOT!!!!
Called today for a trim, never ever will I step foot in the Easy Butcher again, shouted at by the the blonde tattoo show to put on my mask, I am exempt!! And they are no longer a legal requirement Eventually got my hair butchered and my ears caught with the clippers, I could have been out in twenty minutes if she hadnt answered her phone 3 times!!
This used to be a lovely place to come, where the staff were polite, friendly and hygenic, ( Kirsty is my usual lady - unfortunately she wasnt in today), I wouldnt normally write a review, especially a negative one, but I was so disgusted I felt I had too.

Great prices very efficient. Me and my mum has always hadour hair cut by Jayne. lovely pleasant and friendly lady

First time having my hair cut for months. Excellent cut and customer service by Jane. Would definitely go again and would recommend it to everyone.

Worse hair cut I've ever had. Absolutely ballzed my trim and I only have short back and sides more interested in taking four pounds off me and fucking me off . I must have been sat down two mins after I could see bits left over so I asked the tall skinny lady to cut them off and complete the hair cut but she said I would have to pay for a second hair cut!/ not worth the risk other town centre Barbers may charge slightly more but they care about doing their best here it's just the money. Shame on the owner for devaluing a hair cut and making price over quality.

I'm not happy with the service i got today i asked for my hair to be thinned n cut n the person didn't do it i only had 2inches cut off n had to pay full price coz that's what i was aloud to have done.
