I found this hair salon very recently after disappointing results with other salons in the area. All I can say is I wish I had tried this one first, Heidi has been excellent and my hair is now fabulous again! I was made very welcome by all the staff and would certainly highly recommend to all!

I recommend Heidi Harris 100%. My hair has never been in better condition since Heidi did it, as she has done even before she opened her own shop.
Heidi is very professional and gives good advice about colour and cuts.
I've tried the rest and found the best :)

I have been a client of Heidi’s for many years now, and have not once been let down by the quality of my colours or cut. Heidi is very friendly and puts you at ease in the relaxed environment of her salon. I would not dream of going anywhere else. I’m always treated with the utmost respect and as a friend not just a 'customer'. You are always made welcome and offered refreshments and a good range of up to date magazines to enhance your overall pamper experience. Heidi offers great advice on colours and styles to suit your head/face shape and skin tones, listens intently to your requests and gives you the cut you choose, unlike many of her scissor happy counterparts! Considering Heidi’s impressive history of training and the high end Salons she has worked at previously, her prices are very reasonable and her colouring, cutting and styling always leave you feeling good about yourself.
I have also had lash, brow and nail treatments in the salon from Katie, who is also lovely she works to a very high standard, and her manner helps put you at ease.
I’d have no hesitation in recommending the salon to anyone, the staff are all very good at their jobs and all make you feel comfortable & welcome in a very friendly salon.

Shockingly poor!
I went to Heidi to get my roots done, and i came out with hair 3 different colours: brown at the roots, then blonde, then orange. I said that I was not happy with the result and it was then that I found the customer service to be truly the worst I have ever experienced, anywhere. Heidi did not seem interested in my hair now that I had paid her and she refused to accept that not only was it her fault, but that there was even a problem with the colour. Apparently I asked for patchy orange hair! When I complained I found her to be argumentative and she clearly tried to intimidate me into accepting defeat. Finally, after she'd screeched at me for ten minutes, she questioned what she could possibly do to fix the problem. I said that I'd want my money back, to which she reacted less than professionally. She almost threw the £50 back at me, muttering loudly that I was some sort of dirt. Obviously, never going again.
