Never ever will i go there again she (owner)made a mess of my hair .had my face waxed as she said it was better than threading my whole face come out in red itchy spots ..my hair just looks like its been chopped in places i notice she trys charging more too.neverrrr again......

Should be 4 stars but this site doesn't work well on mobile. Live round the corner but look I'm not fussy and don't know about hair i need to just walk into a place and go 'you decide what looks best' which this lady does. She's genuine and real, you might get talking about serious stuff more than holidays but I can't stand all that nattering anyway. It's cheap and she does my hair nice or so my boyfriend says, that's enough for me.

The service is an absolute joke thete selling pound shop products for a joke amount every single one of them that work seem not to be even fully qualified bad experience the 3 times ive been and to 3 different people who have worked there including the owner. The shop needs shutting down do not no how to colour haor correctly so unprofessional

Absolutely terrible. It's back end and dingy. Stay away. I walked out before I would have to walk away with a bad haircut by people who look like they have no skill whatsoever.

Terrible experience!! We were a party of 4. We enquire if we would be done I time for a family function. The woman in charge/ owner of business? Assured us she had more staff & it was not a problem. In the day there were other clients. The woman had one assistant who I think she was trying to train up. There was no other staff !! She was running late which meant a long wait. We all had our eye in the time. The lady did not seem at all bothered. There was another client waiting who was travelling to Birmingham for a family wedding & was stressing she should be on the motorway by now. The lady did not show any concern or apology at all. People who popped their heads in looking for waxing/ threading were not turned away but given priority making us even later. We were all unbelievably shocked at how this woman ran her business. She ended up trimming our sisters fringe and cut it far too short ( she had not asked for her fringe to be trimmed/cut) This lady had decided it needed to be done, ruining it. Looking at photos taken off event, fringe looks ridiculous !!) I ended up doing my own blusher & lipstick as we were running so late.( I still got charged full amount of £55! No discount considering I had to finish my own makeup using my own cosmetics !!) I needed all our group to have their makeup done. Had to leave one of our group behind as we had to be at venue for family pics before other guests arrived ( this didn't happen as we were soo late most guests had already arrived !!!) whilst we were there a bride had come in to have dubutta set on her head. As she walked out having paid £10 for the privilege, we all noticed her dubutta was on back to front! So the bit that should have been placed on her head was now the train! And the train was on her head !! How could the staff not realise that???! Or is it they don't care! Only want the money !! The lady is unsympathetic, unconcerned and highly unprofessional. She does not accept responsibility for delays, mistakes or you not liking what she has done. You will never be offered a discount, refund or apology . She can do eye makeup well but that's it. Go at your own peril !

Been going here for a few years but recently, ive had enough. The main lady is rude and does make it an pleasent experience at all. The women who works with her doesnt even know what shes doing. When in there for a hair cut and the 1st women did it wrong and the 2nd women tried to fix it but it made my hair waaay shorter than what i wanted. Plus she didnt even know what thinning was. Never going there again. Not even for eyebrow waxing.

I have been going here for a while now and I would say its the best hairdressers I have ever been to ,alwaysss happy with the results.prices are brilliant,lovely atmosphere,friendly,cosy and great value for money.
