Very very bad experience that I am so glad to share through internet. I had booked an appointment over the phone explaining my hair length and that I was expecting to get a blow dry. I went for my appointment on time in the early morning asking to get a sulfate free shampoo as I have a Brazilian blow dry. I was told they had none ! I was so surprised a salon like this hasn't got any sounds weird. I had to get quickly My own 5 mn later as I wanted my blow dry to be done on time and as soon as I got the shampoo with me the hairdresser who was blow drying à customer on my appointment time slot, told me I had only 15 mn left to get my blow dry done ! So no sulfate free shampoo he was with someone else while he was supposed to be available for me and he dare adding I had 15 mn left to get a blow dry! On a meduim hair length!!!! I was so furious unhappy upset about this way of treating a customer in the early morning. I run away from this salon with such a very bad experience and went next door where the staff is more welcoming and not judging you from head to toes and off course had a sulfate free shampoo as any standard heardresser today should have especially with the Brazilian blow dry success. RUDE/ UNPLEASANT/ STRESSFULL experience
