Rude behaviour towards a long time customer. Avoid!
I have been a regular customer of this joint for the last 6 years going there at least three or four times a year.
Today I went there and asked to have a hair cut, there were two employees and only one customer sitting, but one of these guys (the owner?) looked at me from head to toe as if assessing me and told me they were fully booked and there were four more customers coming shortly.
I said okay then, can I book for next week, for Monday or Tuesday? He again gauged me from head to toe and said "hmmm, sorry but we do bookings only for regular customers".
What? I have been a REGULAR customer for the last six years! I was even before you took over from the previous owner two years ago!
He wouldn't have it and re-iterated sorry but no. Was it because I was a bit too white for his taste? I really wonder now...
Effing b*****d! You have lost my custom, I will go spend my money somewhere else even being disabled with recurring lung cancer and having to walk further. Never again!
