I bought some straighteners, from the westfield mall. They said a refund was possible, we just had to comeback with the product.. I went back for a refund, and they said email hq. Hq response was that a refund was not possible. The reps are just after commission, they will lie to you, just so they get their commission. This is not right and so unfair. I wouldn't recommend this shop, and am surprised that westfield allow it to run.
