I have been going to Celly's for years and happy with hairdressers but please be aware of new owner who just charges randomly. Last week I had my usual blow dry with is £11 and he insisted I paid £15 for doing nothing different and so for 2 of us I had to pay £8 extra. checked price list and should have only paid £11 each.
