Waste of time and money. Went in for underarm wax, the woman speeqd the warm wax and by the time she tried to remove it ended up chipping away bit by bit as it had hardened up too much. I thought, as long as there is no hair left ill bare it. She did the other one a bit faster but still loads of hair left. I asked her to redo and she said no coz she had a client waiting. Seriously?!?!?!?! So I pay for nothing done?!?!?! Paid and left as fast as I could. Absolutely disgusted.
