Had to wait a lot longer than advised on the phone as asked if had appointment within next five mins and lady said yes.
Lovely lady very friendly and final product gorgeous however 4 days on one nail has lifted called and advised no apology asked if would fix free of charge said only guaranteed for 3 days (no sign or verbal advice of this given) explained unhappy with this.
