I recently moved to Inverness and after reading reviews on the different hair salons I chose to come to you, I have never been as disappointed as I am now, now sure what went wrong but the cut is awful I cannot do anything with my hair and have got so upset when everyone keeps asking me what on earth has happened to your hair,

Doesn't deserve even one star.
My daughter was lied to twice, firstly by being told that they could do what she asked of them and secondly by telling her the salon was closed the following day, when it was actually open.
Who in their right minds would trust a salon like that to re-do someone's hair??

Do not go here! 85 pounds down the drain for lies.Rectifying my hair-no thanks! The girls were friendly but they lied and ruined my hair-I went back to get my refund the owner was useless and clearly desperate to keep my 85 pounds!!!

the girls were lovely but there was a awkward atmosphere in the salon, I felt the boss was watching over all the girls and quiet rude. its a shame as my stylist was very nice but I will not be going back again.
