The owner of this salon has been verbally abusive towards me on three occasions. On two appointments Miss Mary Mackay the owner of the establishment was verbally aggressive towards me simply because i mentioned an error with my previous haircut. Miss Mackay spoke out loudly in an aggressive manner while other clients and staff members were present…most unprofessional indeed. I emailed my concerns to Miss Mackay but was ignored. On march 26th a foreign member of staff was also verbally abusive towards me…i complained to Miss Mackay but no comment or response.
