Wanted a good trim, asked for 3-4 inches off. Louise started at the back (I couldnt see how much she was taking off), she was chatting away not concentrating at all on what she was actually doing. She hacked almost TEN inches off my long hair!!!
It was long down my back below my shoulder blades, almost to my waist. She chopped it to shoulder length.
When I caught a glimpse of what she was doing I made her stop. So now I look like a spaniel (long at the front and sides and short at the nape and back.
It took me 5 years to get my hair that long. I am devastated.
