Had a cut today not very happy as the back off hair is uneven so gonna put in a complaint either gonna ask for money back or for another hairdresser to sort it out but not paying anymore money

poor haircut, I went home and evened out the bottom, even after asking for the cut to be finished properly. still not happy about the balance of the cut. some bird who worked there wandering around asking how to spell coffee. receptionist wandering about with a dog. very unprofessional so disappointed will never go there again.
