I decided to take my 14 year old daughter in to get her hair trimmed. When we went into the shop is wasn’t clean whatsoever, staff were swearing while talking to one another but I didn’t say anything. When my daughter was called up (a good 20 minute wait although there was barely anyone in the shop and multiple members of staff were just sitting around on their phones) she was basically soaked while getting her hair washed and then completely criticised about her hair condition. I make sure her hair is always nicely cut and not frizzy/broken at the ends and the critical member of staff told her that her hair was and I quote “atrocious” for her age and that she had to get 3+inches cut for it to look half-decent. Completely disgusted with the woman’s behaviour. As soon as we got home my daughter broke down in tears at the comments that the woman made. Do not recommend whatsoever, my daughter is not self conscious about her hair when truthfully speaking she has gorgeous, thick hair that is in brilliant condition. Disgrace.

Very disappointing, got my hair cut today and not what I asked for. I told the stylist the style and length I wanted and she decided to do her own thing and cut it at least 3 inches shorter than I'd asked for and not the style I wanted , i kept telling her to keep the length at the front but she was scissor happy and chopped off far too much. This is the worst salon experience I've ever endured. Very old fashioned, very unclean and staff are quite unpleasant. I will not be going back to this "salon" and would avoid at all costs unless you're after a bowl cut or a perm and set
