As there is no clear way of contacting hairdressers.co.uk and as the manager of this salon I have no other way of addressing the issues in the previous 1 star review other than to leave a review myself.
We rate our customer care skills very highly and the Stylist Abbie mentioned above is top class when it comes to looking after all our clients and is a very skilled and capable stylist.
We are sorry this client feels she had a bad experience and hope this does not put her off experimenting with new styles in the future.
Having discussed with her the issues raised in the earlier review Abbie remembers this client well ( not due to her making any complaints but because of the fact that she had requested a re-style) and there was no mention at the time of her being distressed or upset about how much was cut off her hair. She was after "a change"' and if anything the stylist refrained from cutting off as much as requested and certainly did not cut off 5inches - that's ALOT of length! We tend to air on the side of caution, especially when a client is new to us and asks for a lot of length to be removed in one sitting.
It seems in this instance the clients reference to 'never again' is regards her own regrets about trying something new and in no way reflects the way the salon or its stylists would deal with a situation like this.
So in the name of fairness and with no other way of responding to this review (the website declares an error every time I try) all I can do is defend Girasoli ladies by leaving this 5 star review! ??
I would also like to point out there are no bad feelings and wish this client well, we will of course welcome her back to the salon should she ever wish to return ??

I have previously visited this salon but the stylist I liked has left. I was told that Abbie would look after me. I asked her to cut 2 inches off my hair as I have to wear it up for work. She cut at least 5 inches off and didn't seem to understand that I was angry and upset when I tried to talk to her about it. Now I'm left with a poor cut and a problem at work. The salon was busy so I paid up and left...never again!
