Great experience. Really friendly staff and great buzzing atmosphere. Stylist was really helpful. I went in trying to go from an over bleached faded out pink colour back to a natural dark brown with a totally new style. She took loads of time and reassured me all the way through. They couldn't have done enough for me. Looking forward to going back. Thanks

just would like to share my thanks with wag1 staff, custom and the public as I was very happy with the colour correction I had done. I was very sad when I had my hair coloured in a local salon near by and it went terribly wrong. I am not the type of person to complain so I took my custom to wag1 to see if there was anything they could do for me and as a result my hair was fixed and put right. so happy with the results now. The service I received was helpful, all the girls were kind and understanding so would just like to thanks the girls at the salon for all there help. you will be seeing me again very soon for my 6 week visit.

Awful reception area,old school with a pencil n paper to book in,and not always a receptionist to cover the desk,so staff shoult for some one to go to the desk!
Consultation, staff members don't introduce themselves and don't use clients names,they don't have a personal and private bond with the clients they all chat amongst them selfs!! No refreshments are offered! And do not listen to what the client wants, overall rushed consultation, and out come is not what clients want with their hair!
Hair washing, not a good standard hair isn't being washed properly, and relaxation is not happening, a massage tequnique should be in place, the hair washing should be comfortable n relaxing, very very poor! A towel wrapp would be good instead of leaving the client with wet hair to walk back to the mirror.
Cutting, staff are too busy looking around, and chatting amounts themselves, cutting staff need more training!! Results are not to a good standard, staff should take more time and have more passion in every client!!
Products are not being spoken about when using them on clients!
Manager isn't friendly, has a cocky attitude!!
Overall poor standard, and rushed, unprofessional
