Staff quite rude and lazy and incompetent. They turn away people when salon is quiet. They also chat amongst themselves rather than focus on the paying customer. Standard of cut and dry is inconsistent depends whose on on the day you go in. Manager us very curt and rude and stand offish not at all welcoming. Will not be visiting again nor do I recommend!!
