So bad I really had a bad experience my hair is super thick and I was so embarrassed anyway by my hair and not only did she not listen to what I wanted she made me feel so bad and cut one side short then the other. I just wanted to cry and wish I had not paid. Don't bother going in there

This is finally a hairdressers that listened to what I wanted great price no frills which is absolutely fine haircut but far better than others Iv had paying 3x the price what a gem

I would give zero stars if possible... Im not usually one to complain and definitely not overly fussy when it comes to my haircut however this was a joke. I have a short cut (short sides and long on top and through the back) I asked for exactly the same haircut and shape and to just trim it a touch shorter. When she had finished my parting had gone from a side parting to an odd middle/side parting. it looked like two entirely different hair cuts on from either side of my head, she had changed the shape entirely. she had done my sideburns into a weird vulcan point (after i asked her to keep them the same), and when I got home I noticed one was super too short and one was much longer. the longer 'tail' bit at the back was completely cut off (after I had asked her to keep it longer). The wash was uncomfortable cold water and obviously she was rushing through it, hurting and yanking my head.
Throughout the very short time she took to cut my hair she was constantly saying its so much better its so much better but the shape looked horrible, she in no way was paying attention to what I had asked for. As its a short cut it will take a long time to get my parting back in place and grow out this horrible cut- very very unhappy with this hairdressers and will never be returning.
