Absolutely horrendous ! If I could wouldn't even give half a star! I came to this salon not long ago and was pretty much insulted and looked down upon as soon as I stepped through the door. Honestly, total waste of time was bombarded with suggestions of thing they could do clearly very fair away from the end result I wanted. Telling me I am asking too much of you, is very very rude considering I was asking you do to nothing but your job. Uncomfortable and snooty atmosphere, very glad I got turned away and left! Never ever will go back or even reconsider, I'm appalled !
I went to parkes just down the road and they were very understanding of what I wanted and said they could achieve it. Booked me in for the next appointment. Worth the extra money definitely!
