I would give zero star if allowed.
I cannot comment on their hairdressing skills but their customer skills are truly unacceptable. I originally went yesterday (19/11/17) in their branch in Brighton for a root tint. I was told to come back 24 hours later after an allergy test. Fair enough. I returned today at 4.45 pm and an Asian lady with purple hair said "ah you came back? now it's too late. Come back tomorrow." I was astonished. She said we shut at 7 pm and we can't colour your hair. I asked her so when should someone come in if they want a colouring service? She said maximum 2 pm.
Her tone was rude to say the least. I left asking why then they do not put a banner to say just that? Totally unacceptable. A root tint takes maximum an hour.
I had never been faced with such rudeness as a customer. Yes they are priced reasonably but is this a reason to treat customers like sh**t?
