The Cutting Bar at Wote Street in Basingstoke in my opinion is a very pleasant establishment to visit. I've had my hair cut by 3 of the hairdressers at different times. I found they met with my expectation every time. But not only was my hair cut well I also enjoyed their pleasant conversations. It makes the experience that much more enjoyable. All the staff are very pleasant. As long as they are in business I shall continue to visit them.
