Booked slot within 2 days which was actually quicker than expected in view of the current high demand following the lockdown.
I arrived on time and was shown to the chair, noting the precautions that all the hairdressers were taking with masks etc
I explained what I wanted and was very pleased with the result, which was just what I needed.
The charge was very reasonable and I left a tip.
I have used the Groom Room for several years and will continue to do so.
